TMB77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information you have provided. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension or closure of your account.

Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your TMB77 account login credentials, including your username and password. TMB77 recommends the following steps to keep your account secure:

For closures requested by the member that are unrelated to any violation, eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal after a standard review is completed within 5 business days.
